- Fundamentals (Gi): Mon/Wed/Fri 6:00-7:00pm
- All levels: Mon 6:15-7:15am & Fri 12:00-1:00pm
- No-Gi: Tue 6:30-8:00pm; Thu 6:30-7:30pm
- No-Gi weekend training: Sat 11:00-12:30pm; Sun 10:00-11:30am
